Report the following conversation in indirect speech.
Mary:            I’m really, really thrilled to catch up with your again, Jane, after two years!
Jane:              Gosh! How tall you’ve grown! I can’t believe it!
Mary:            And how beautiful you look!
Jane:              Oh no! How mean of you to tease me!
Mary:            Never! Goodness! I really mean it!
Jane:              Oh! How sweet of you to say so! I really must give a hug!
Mary:            Ouch! You stepped on my toe!
Jane:              Oh dear! How clumsy of me! What a foolish thing to do!
Mary:            Don’t worry about it, Jane. What an exciting meeting this has been!

Mary expressed how absolutely thrilled she was to meet Jane again after two years. Jane, taken aback, exclaimed about how much taller Mary had grown and confessed she couldn't believe it. Mary responded by complimenting Jane's looks. Jane immediately dismissed it, accusing Mary of teasing. Mary, however, insisted she was absolutely serious. Jane, finding Mary's words sweet, indicated she needed to give a hug. During the hug, Jane accidentally stepped on Mary's toe. She apologized, admitting her clumsiness and referring to it as a foolish action. Despite the mishap, Mary reassured Jane and noted what an exciting meeting they've had.

Change the following exclamatory sentences into indirect speech.
1.    ‘How wonderful it is to meet you at last,’ the fan said to the movie star at the party.
2.    ‘How difficult this problem is!’ said Ravi to me in the exam hall.
3.    Gazing at the majestic mountains I said, ‘What a beautiful sight!’
4.    The general said, ‘Oh God! We are completely outnumbered by the enemy!’
5.    ‘Oh no! I missed passing in Maths by only one mark,’ said my brother when he looked at his
        report card.
